2. I love this photo of my daughter. She is always running so it was nice to capture her standing still for a brief moment!
3. I live in Minnesota, so getting a good Halloween picture on Halloween is almost impossible. The kids are always bundled in winter coats by then. I was hoping the sun would have been out for this one but you've gotta make do with what you have!
4. I rarely use my camera in doors because my house has terrible lighting and my camera doesn't have the best ISO performance. However, I couldn't resist this sweet father-daughter moment!
5. I just got a new lens last week, a Tokina 100mm 2.8 macro. I wanted to take it out try some portraits with it. I love the bokeh I get with it compared to my only other lens, a 35mm!
Love the first two!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute shots! I love the "father-daughter" moment! Adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love the sun in #2. My kids do the same thing with my hubby :) Playtime with daddy and the iPad.
ReplyDeleteVery cute shots. I love the first two and that last one. Gorgeous eyes. Thanks so much for linking up with us.
ReplyDeleteAMEN!! I love the golden hour too. I guess we all do, but I seem to miss it a lot with a little one that goes to bed early. I also understand #2. My son never sits still unless he is playing with something and that is for short periods.
ReplyDeleteI love that you have a Halloween costume photo!! They look so cute and will be so glad you took that several years from now.
I also love your son's sweet grin in the first one.
Those first two golden light photos are just beautiful!! I love that you planned ahead on your Halloween photos! So smart!! Yay for a new lens!! That is such a great photo and his eyes look awesome!!
ReplyDeleteI love the beautiful light in the first 2 photos. But I must say that my favorite is the black and white, daddy and daughter moment, how can anyone resist that sweet little moment captured forever.
ReplyDeleteThe first two are great - they really make me want to get out there during the golden hour too! And that b&w is just precious. Wonderful shot.
ReplyDeleteChristina,
ReplyDeleteI would love to share the first photo next week when I announce the winners. If you are okay with me sharing it, will you email me the original jpeg, so I can make it a little bigger for my blog.
